He was at Home Depot (GA) from 1994-2002. Goodgame holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.

In September 2015, under the leadership of Kenneth Goodgame, True Value Corporation launched the “New at True Value” endcap program whose aim was to show the importance of innovation in stores.
